The eruption seen from the comfort of our own home

This is what the cloud of ash from Mt. Saint Helens looked like from the roof of our house. Not so impressive, unless you consider it comes from an actual VOLCANO. Other fun active volcanoes: Mount Tabor, in the middle of SW Portland. I kid you not: the crater is capped with a Nike sponsored basketball court. One day.....
