We're back!

Last sunday, we got our first track workout. Here is the band of merry pranksters that braved the slick track to get back in the groove. Charbie felt so strong she decided to ride in a carhartt jacket to increase the wind resistance to the point where the rest of the group could keep up. Forbes felt the same way, and kept a water bottle holder on his bike to slow himself down some, and to be able to offer refreshements in the pace line. We did flying 3s, 2s and and bunch of other delightful drills. I threw up a little bit. All in all a good first workout. Posted by Picasa
